Hi! I appreciate you being here.

There is no one-size-fits-all approach to recovery or nutrition. Everyone is on a unique journey with different intentions and motivations. Whether you are having sugar cravings in early sobriety, struggling with disordered eating, or just want to feel better faster, you came to the right place. I am passionate about helping clients disrupt their unhealthy eating patterns so they can live a life with less guilt and negative beliefs surrounding food. I help clients strengthen their sobriety, strengthen their bodies, and make peace with food.

I am a licensed Registered Dietitian (RDN) residing in Lake Worth, Florida. I offer virtual consultations for residents of Florida, Texas, Colorado, California, Arizona, Virginia and Michigan.

100% of my work is focused on nutrition for addiction & mental health, in and out of treatment centers. I specialize in eating disorders, gut brain connection, realistic meal planning on a budget, and anti-inflammatory diets. I meet my clients where they are physically and mentally, with an open heart.

I graduated with an undergraduate degree in Nutrition & Dietetics from Florida State University, completed a Dietetic Internship at CalPoly State University in San Luis Obispo, California. I hold a Master’s Degree in Nutrition from the University of North Florida. I have over a decade of experience in the clinical setting. Including hospitals, short-term rehab facilities, long-term care, home health care, and currently, behavioral health/substance abuse rehabilitation centers in Palm Beach County and beyond.

Warmly,

Dana
