Private Coaching
Nourish your body. Nourish your brain. Strengthen your sobriety.
Uncover nutrient gaps, understand what your body has been trying to tell you, and develop healthier ways to navigate stress, so you can feel more energized, grounded, and at home in your body.
This private three-month experience integrates personalized nutrition, functional lab testing, somatic practices, breathwork, and practical behavior change.
This is nutrition care that considers your whole story.
My approach is different from traditional nutrition counseling.
As a Registered Dietitian and Somatic Breathwork Practitioner, I combine evidence-informed nutrition with functional lab testing, meditation, breathwork, nervous-system support, and realistic behavior-change strategies.
Together, we’ll look beyond the question of “What should I eat?”
We’ll explore how your nutrition, sleep, stress, emotions, habits, environment, and recovery experience influence the way you feel.
This work is not about chasing perfection. It is about helping you feel embodied, empowered, and capable of making choices that support the life you want.
You’ve changed your life. Now you’re ready to feel good in it.
You may be sober, sober curious, or simply questioning the role alcohol plays in your life. You have already done meaningful internal work. But physically, you may still feel disconnected from yourself.
Perhaps you’re experiencing:
Intense sugar cravings or emotional eating
Low energy, brain fog, or inconsistent moods
Digestive discomfort or changes in your appetite
Difficulty sleeping or feeling rested
Anxiety, stress, or trouble slowing down
Confusion about supplements and what your body actually needs
A desire to improve your health without becoming obsessive or restrictive
A disconnect between the life you’re building and the way you currently feel
You don’t need another rigid meal plan, detox, or list of rules.
You need a personalized understanding of your body and the tools to support it in real life.
The Three-Month Private Coaching Experience
-
We begin by understanding your health history, current symptoms, eating patterns, recovery experience, stress levels, and goals.
Functional lab testing through Function Health helps us identify areas that may deserve further attention, while your nutrition assessment gives us the context needed to interpret the bigger picture.
Our initial focus may include:
Establishing consistent and satisfying eating patterns
Supporting stable energy and blood sugar
Exploring possible nutrient gaps
Reviewing supplements for safety and usefulness
Improving hydration and caffeine habits
Understanding hunger, fullness, and cravings
Creating a foundation that feels supportive—not restrictive
-
Once your nutritional foundation is more stable, we explore how your nervous system and emotional patterns influence your eating, stress, and overall well-being.
You’ll begin building a personalized collection of coping tools that can support you through discomfort without automatically turning to food, alcohol, overworking, or avoidance.
This may include:
Identifying patterns behind sugar cravings and emotional eating
Somatic awareness and body-based stress regulation
Breathwork and meditation practices
Recognizing physical signs of stress, hunger, and overwhelm
Supporting sleep and emotional resilience
Developing coping mechanisms that genuinely work for you
-
The final month is about turning what you’ve learned into a sustainable way of living.
Together, we’ll refine your personalized plan so it works when you’re traveling, eating at restaurants, attending social events, navigating stressful seasons, and spending time around people who drink.
You’ll leave with:
A clearer understanding of your body’s needs
Personalized nutrition and lifestyle recommendations
Greater confidence around food and supplements
Strategies for managing cravings and stress
A realistic plan for supporting your health long-term
Tools that strengthen your well-being without controlling your life
